ParentPay

Our cashless payment solution for parents/carers.

ParentPay is our preferred method of making payments to school. Using the secure online system payments can be made for school meals, trips, Nursery fees and other school events by credit or debit card. Parents who need to continue making payments by cash may do so using the PayPoint network at local convenience stores.  

All payment items are displayed in a basket so it is really easy to select the item(s) you wish to pay for and payment confirmation is provided instantly. ParentPay also holds an electronic record of your payments to view at a later date.

Once you have activated your account you can make online payments straight away. Parents/carers wishing to pay cash should contact the school office to request the option of paying via PayPoint.

PayPoint (cash payments)   
PayPoint enables you to pay by cash through local shops and retailers. 

 Click on the PayPoint logo to go to the PayPoint location checker.

Paying for school meals by PayPoint – you will need to request a PayPoint card from school. Please do not use the card for any other payments i.e. trips as the money for school meals goes direct to Bradford Council.

Paying for trips, Nursery fees and other school events by PayPoint – you will need to request a unique barcode letter for each individual trip and school event. A separate barcode letter will also be required for payment of Nursery fees.  Please ensure you use the correct barcode letter when making payments.

PayPoint payments are recorded by ParentPay and can be seen by logging into your ParentPay account and viewing your payment history online. Please note: PayPoint transactions can take up to 48 hours to process.

If paying by PayPoint please ensure you keep your receipt as proof of the transaction.
